How to pay my Invoice

Using this Automated software paying your hosting bill has never been so easier. Prior to reaching the due date our Automated Billing System sends automatic reminders to each client via email.

The subject of that email is as follows [Bendigo Web Hosting] Invoice Due‏ or [Bendigo Web Hosting] Payment Reminder.

Please note there have been occasions that the email has gone through to junk folder. Once you see it just mark it as Not Junk and next time it will show up in your inbox.

Please find sample email template below:

Hello John Doe (abc.com.au),

This is to remind that your proforma invoice abc00018 is due in -5 days.

Amount due: 220.00 $ Due Date: Saturday, 22 February 2014

You can view and pay the invoice at: http://www.bendigowebhosting.com.au/billing/index.php/invoice/9165cfbe9842613cc62dbeb111b3b94ca4f02a91

You may review your invoice history at any time by logging in to your client area.

From the email template above just click on the link where it says You can view and pay the invoice at. Once you click on the link the following screen will appear: payment

From the screen above just click on Change Payment Method, which is highlighted in red. The following screen should appear: payment

As you can see you have the option to pay by PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer. Just select an option and click on Pay Now. That's it you can now pay your hosting bill successfully!
